Bliss Dance Company is a Hip Hop Fusion Dance Company with an emphasis on Theatre Arts.

BDC is an award-winning hip hop fusion dance company that focuses on urban styles but also incorporates a lot of theatre and comedy in their work.  BDC was established in February 2004 by Fatena "Fae" Salfiti.  After moving to Vacaville from San Francisco in  2002, Salfiti started teaching hip hop classes at several locations in Solano County.  About two years later when realizing the growth of talent in the community, she decided to take the next step and start her company.  From rental space to rental space, from garage to park, Salfiti was finally able to open BUAC doors on January 31, 2011!  A blessing the entire company anticipated also opened doors for even more opportunity.  Students from Bliss Dance Company have been seen in local & internet commercials, 49ers & Raiders half time shows, Warriors Jr. Jam Squad, Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, BET, National Commercials, National Movies, Awards Shows, Local Music Videos, Good Morning Sacramento 2x, National Competitions, among thousands of local and traveling shows. Several of our company members have received agency contracts and convention scholarships year after year.
